Segmentum was founded in 2015 by CRM & Email Marketing veteran Sean Duffy after decades of experience across agency and client-side roles.

Segmentum aren’t like other agencies or consultants. Every client gets bespoke treatment - we don’t use a generic playbook. We don’t blindly follow ‘best practice’ for the sake of it but will challenge many of the conventional wisdoms.

And we certainly don’t just deliver you a bunch of ideas you can’t implement.

That’s why we have built our own tech that fulfils the gaps between what your current marketing automation provider can do, and what your CRM programme needs to deliver – all without having to bother your overstretched IT teams.

This allows us to implement much faster without having to waste time finding technology, but also customise this around the specific needs of the client.

All of this is why we will never be the largest CRM agency around – we can’t offer a bespoke, high-quality service and offer it to everyone by hiring a bunch of enthusiastic graduates.
